All pricing and offers advertised on the website are subject to availability.
Delivery & Defects
Big Home Interiors offer site delivery at prices stated on the website at the time of ordering, exclusions to these delivery prices can be found on the delivery page on the site.

DELIVERY is a one person delivery therefore an able bodied person must be on site to assist in unloading.
Delivery attempts will be made once at an agreed appointment with the customer ( Usually given to a specific day, with a call 1 hour prior) If the customer fails to be present for delivery without notification 24 hours prior, a further delivery charge will occur)

All goods must be signed for and checked upon delivery, all defects must be reported within 24 hours, These must be checked prior to cutting/drilling in any way, and before the kitchen fitter arrives (We will not be accountable for fitting fees)

Returns / Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail)

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value for any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and no later than-

a)      14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied

b)      (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods

c)      If there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, a 25% restocking charge will incur. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the good before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods



Refund will then be made less the original deliver cost and a 25% restocking charge.

For products offering ' Free Delivery' at checkout, costs incurred by ourselves to deliver these products will be deducted from the refund amount, evidence of these will be provided upon request.

Manufactures Warranties
When a warranty claim is put in under any manufacturers warranty, their procedures must be complied with, Where the item has been fitted often they will charge a site inspection fee to come out and check the warranty claim, this will be re-embersed when the claim is settled if deemed to be covered under their warranty. Procedures vary between different suppliers and we can provide more information on these on request.
